I was wondering, how excellent #philosophy is the #ikigai. I'm always talking about when I'm talking about #organizationalculture. It is a source of #happiness. With the effects of social media, more and more people depressed. Most of these people missing consciousness and self-knowledge. Without a reason for being, people feel they are good for nothing.

If you think over the graph above, it is a really meaningful and well thought out #concept.
This week I participated in a #startup event. When we had a panel discussion about #corporateculture, I was thinking about, how #brilliant to use the same concept for business.
The concept works parallel with the #organizationculture and defines how the #employees feel themselves in the company. Just go through the main points!
What you're GOOD AT!Does the company have the #profession in its field? How much the customers #engaged? Do you have the #workforce, which is the most #professional in their field?
What you LOVEThe #workforce loves their work! They #engaged in the #profession what they are doing day by day! You can simply check from the #atmosphere of the company. Does the company need #control to be sure the #colleagues working or you have #trust in them?
What the world NEEDSIs there a #natural need for your products or services? Several companies exist which artificially generates the needs for their products/services! Over time they will avenge themselves. Many startups fail because they think they found a #nichemarket, but there is no real need for their solutions/services.
What you can be PAID FORAnd last but not least, the price of the solution or service. If no one willing to pay enough for the products or services, then the business is not operational. This is why a #realistic #businessplan always helps.
I think with the above examples we can see how these goals work parallel from the #colleagues and the #company views. If both aligned, then the colleagues inline with their #ikigai in the center position, and the company will also #performbest with their #capabilities.
