Body

The third system, and the one still being rebuilt. Seven failed attempts, then a different approach: measure it like any other system.

For seven years I tried to change my lifestyle and failed seven times, bouncing between 88 and 107 kilograms. The root cause was not discipline. It was the corporate atmosphere I was living in, which reliably triggered a self-destruction mechanism a few months in.

What finally worked was applying the same method I had used on infrastructure and organizations. Assemble the measurements I already had — seven years of blood work, full DNA, sleep cycles, blood pressure. Build a system that reads them daily. Find the constraint. Remove it. Verify.

Ongoing

This system is not finished. The daily record — measurements, meals, training, what the numbers say — is published on Substack, in English and Hungarian.
