This post today is more about mindset than technical writing. Everything began with my attendance last year at the CIO Summit in Seattle. This event was an exclusive event. I was amazed to meet peers from different companies who top of the IT industry. It dramatically changed my thinking about future, and company development, as I learned more and more about growth mindset.

Today I decided to write a post when I have seen the LinkedIn post of World Economic Forum:

In the past quarter year, we built our department with this philosophy, and it was effective.

Technology skills on a leader level give the ability to provide future development perspective for every generation from Y to Z. This feature is a fundamental behavior which must ink every company DNA in the future.

This reason, why most of the tech giants and startups have high potential.

If you can provide this, you can build your future organization, in other cases with the fixed mindset you will be history.

As you hire more and more talents, it is like a puzzle as you increase skill matrix. You can extend your department with skills which you will never be able to learn.

With the whole team skills easy to realize, you are no more the one who knows everything, and the team has the much higher level which you can imagine ever. When you understand this, you can reveal again the much better work-life balance. Trust me, and you will have much more free time than any time before.

The next hard decision is what to do in your free time. You can choose between the happy, free time which is a natural choice, or you can do some charity, which moves the world forward to a better place.

I chose the second option, and this is why I recently joined the Trustee Board of Smiling Hospital Foundation, which aims to make children's healthcare to less frustrating. Several volunteers help, but to finance this kind of foundation is not easy. In the future, I hope, I can contribute to solving daily problems.

This weekend was also a special one. Today we helped a dog rescue foundation to transport two dogs. This business is never easy. It wasn't kind to see a dogs face how it's realized when it lost its previous home. I can only hope it will live a happier life in its new place.

The other dog who need transportation it was a different situation. The dog found alone in a forest. This dog was more curious for outside world. Both of the dogs were extremely friendly. I was pleased to help them, and I hope I will be able in the future.

This past month shows me, if I can change a small thing, I could make the world a better place. I will work on a few projects, which is a good candidate for my next post.

Stay tuned!
