Just a few months ago, I found the work of David Sinclair. He has been working for decades in search of reverse aging. As he is a molecular biologist, he approaches this problem from the cellular level. For me, it was quite a new field. Biology was never a subject of interest, but how David describes aging, it is like a detective story. I think if schools teach this knowledge, the way David did. It would be interesting for all students. After reading the book, I learned a lot, which I need to change in my life if I want to live more without problems. I missed nearly a decade with a start, but still better than starting twenty years later.

Now I understand how different diseases correlated with the aging progress.

As described in the book Lifespan, it is like a glass which always on the tables of a restaurant. How the time goes, you have a bigger chance of broke. From the book, I learned several treatments available publicly, but most of us still unfamiliar. Many of my friends think I went crazy because I take nearly 20 pills of different vitamins. But this is only the beginning.

From now on, I will make blood analysis twice a year to identify possible problems and adjust my mineral and vitamin daily take.

In ideal cases, I think I can extend my healthy lifespan by 20-30%, which is a lot in a human lifespan.

I also started development for a health application that helps to analyze the information available from different diagnoses. This application will give life advice from the entered data to have a better condition.

Things don't happen from one day to another. We need 4-6 months to have visible results.

Extending lifespan always raises different questions. Most cases, the first ones why we want to play gods and change nature?

I think you find the ideal answer to this question in the statistics of developed countries. In educated populations, the number of newborn children decreases over time. Rational parents take into consideration different things before deciding to have a baby. Like, do they have enough financial power to give the right background. Do they have enough time to share with a new family member? While on the other case, it just happens, and if a problem occurs, asking for help!

If we think it over, that we can extend on average the lifespan with 20-30 percent the decrease of the developed countries will slowly decrease.

For this situation, we shortly arrive at the question. What about food demand, natural resource demand?

I expect a more mindfulness generation. One example of longevity is that you need to decrease your calory intake. That's an excellent way to have a balance! People live 20% more cause a 20% increase in population who will take 20% less food to live longer.

If we are mindfulness, we will take care of the environment. We will decrease our needs to a level which we exactly need. I think we have the potential to have a 20% decrease in goods also. In this way, the human lifespan extension will not cause more trouble. And as we get used to in Steve Jobs’s presentations: There is one more thing!

Living a healthier life will decrease healthcare costs and give a less stressful life for the whole population, who live their lives with these values.
