In the past year, we have seen a lot of articles about universal basic income. The most relevant articles were about the tests of Canada, and Finnland:

I wholeheartedly agree with these concepts, as we need to find a solution to help the lives of that workforce whose job will be replaced by robots.

There are several concepts, which describes the cooperation between human and machine, but I expect these work with higher level jobs. Workforce evolution must be part of this concept, but as the progression goes less and less workforce will stay on the job market. The challenge will be more and more about the adaptation to hybrid work with machines.

Those, who adopt most will be able to work more over time. Those who lose the competition has only the chance to have the universal basic income.

The implementation of the universal basic income in a country is more strategic than most of you think. If universal basic income only based on money than the state more connected to the economic performance.

Wise leaders will build more complex solutions, where they can provide more product, service as part of this income. How this connected to technology?

How this approach differentiate compared to just the money?

Imagine in one case you get 500€, and you buy food which you can from this amount. On the other case, an AI-powered system knows what you like, optimize the productions to the meal the society love. I think the second approach will make a happier nation. Why this important? Because motivation will be a significant factor for the future workforce! This workforce will provide the base ground for the future economy.
