This weekend I started to think about the possibilities of the title. To better understand this field, we need to jump back a little. First, let's describe why we need AI assistants. I know it raises more questions on privacy, but let's focus on technology.

In 2017, I had an excellent opportunity to join the Global CIO Summit organized by Microsoft. For this event, they invite 100 leaders around the world. It was great to see how brilliant presenters gathered, and they talked about completely different topics than Microsoft products! At this event, I saw the presentation of Satya Nadella, who talked about AI assistants. The way how he described was eye-opening. AI assistants must be with you 7x24 to be effective. Every time you make a commitment, it records and notifies you when you need to remember. You can organize better your everyday life. That's the productivity side! Not a surprise, this topic also touched Mark Zuckerberg, and he started to build an assistant like in the Ironman movie. The assistant had the same name: Jarvis.

Productivity is always good, but how about the work/life balance? The only focus on productivity and effectivity signs of an orange mindset. If we are on the way to evolve further, we arrive at the field of what makes us humans!

Imagine if we can build the perfect coach who participates in our whole life. We need to dig into personal development for these developments, which is somewhat different from what the HR field has today!

We need to understand the coordinate system of how the human's mindset develops from stage to stage. How we embrace and integrate these stages and ladder to the next level. It is an excellent possibility to evolve to the whole of humanity. Of course, several persons will not be interested in these possibilities, but that's their decision!

Today's coaching world has several problems. Like we have everywhere self-nominated fitness coaches. The sports hospitals are full of their results. It is easy to guide many people in the wrong direction without proper anatomy and nutrition knowledge. The same is right with coaching. Many of the self-nominated coaches skip the learning phase when they need to learn psychology and self-development. This learning is only part of this journey; they need the skill to utilize knowledge with the right tool at the right time. I read the book of Nemes Antonia - Integral coaching, which was a real eye-opening piece. It showed me how far we are from real coaching in most cases. I think this is another excellent field of AI. Just think it over! It can be with us all day. They see the real situation, not how we can remember. (This is also a big issue with coaching; our memories go through our emotional layer before it is stored).

Over time it can learn how different methods are built into practice! Which works which not. We can schedule a session with our AI coach weekly to analyze the past weeks' progress towards our goals!

Yes! This is terrible news for those who started a coach carrier but for the best opportunity! They can teach the AI coach based on the issues that arise.

Would you take the chance to use this AI coach if it available?
