This week I have seen the movie: Lucy. I love the visualization, which Luc Besson made. The storyline is forgettable, but the visual presentation about the evolution, which a possible future is exceptional. Anyone who experienced their growth will realize the meaning of these moments in the movie.

In the past two years, I spent a lot of time with Integral Theory. For those who not familiar with this theory: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integral_theory_(Ken_Wilber)

I was always curious about my personal development. I did it in various fields, but I have never seen the whole picture. I read the book of Ken Wilber: The Integral Vision

It was an astonishing moment when I first saw the full map with the possible dimensions.

With the power of this knowledge, I see the world differently. It is brilliant to see how the different pieces of independent topics interconnected to each other. We can touch any item from AI to organizational culture. In the end, they will impact each other.

It is the same, as in a Quantum environment. You cannot touch one point without having an impact on another piece. For this reason, you need to take a look at the overall picture.

If we are thinking about organizational development, this is the problem with the silo model: decisions, parallel works made, based on a subset of the picture.

After thinking about this problem, try to imagine the future of this picture. It will be more complex, and the subset of the image will be more irrelevant.

Every day we face the changes. Often I tell my colleagues: these days, the only constant thing is the continuous change.

Why these changes coming continuously? The answer is simple: Because of the Evolution!

We are now part of a complex system of Evolution. If we want to find the directions, dimensions where we need to evolve, we must know which those figures which impact us.

It is now enough complex, not?

Let's multiply it!

We are not calculating machines, and we have feelings. We have to add the dimension of human behavior to this complex system. And it is so important to be at the center!

Often I reference the concept of the Japanese Ikigai concept. It is a splendid concept to find our place in the world. That's the point when we have a map in this field. Today most of the population unhappy because of unmet expectations and self-valuation. Social media make big wounds, as the majority of the users wanted to show their best to the outside world. This situation hurts a lot.

Humanity needs to find a sustainable higher purpose goal to be able to evolve and live a happy life.

My advice: Be open and see the signs. It will help to understand the connection between the information pieces. Find those who can help to process the ocean of information. And last but not least! Find your Ikigai!
